Animal Care Attendants
Our animal care attendants are responsible for meeting the most basic needs of our patients and boarders. They feed, water, walk, bathe, and provide grooming services to your family’s furry family members! They are a key component in maintaining a constant up-to-date communication line to our veterinary technicians and doctors on all boarding patients status.
Margarita has been with our clinic since 2000. She is the Kennel Supervisor, which entails bathing and taking care of your pets while they are boarding. She has had more than 20 years experience working with animals.
Haley joined the team in January of 2018. She came on board with previous kennel attendant experience and also knew HVC since she had been bringing her two furkids here for many years. Haley enjoys taking boarding patient’s out into the yard and playing fetch for those that want to exercise and release some energy. She is also a great snuggle buddy for our senior boarders who would rather sit in her lap and have her attention.
Jessica joined our team in 2018 with no previous kennel assistant experience, but eager to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible. The misconception that Jessica is shy and quiet is due to her superb work ethic. She is sure to be found cleaning, bathing, assisting others, or attending to a boarding patient when she is at HVC. Jessica works multiple jobs and still manages to come into HVC ready to be a team player and help in any way she can.
